{"id":5798,"date":"2021-11-08T14:58:28","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T12:58:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dance.lv\/eng\/?p=5798"},"modified":"2021-11-08T14:58:31","modified_gmt":"2021-11-08T12:58:31","slug":"call-for-proposals-baltic-dance-at-tanzmesse-nrw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dance.lv\/eng\/call-for-proposals-baltic-dance-at-tanzmesse-nrw\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Proposals: Baltic Dance at Tanzmesse Nrw"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In 2022, Lithuanian Dance Information Centre, Latvian Dance Information Centre and Contemporary Dance Platform \u201cS\u00f5ltumatu Tantsu Lava\u201c will introduce Baltic dance art at the main dance biennale \u201cInternationale Tanzmesse NRW\u201c (Germany) with\u00a0<strong>an exhibition area \u201cBaltic Dance\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanzmesse is organised by nrw landesbuero tanz and is the largest professional meeting for contemporary dance. As a forum for exchange, knowledge transfer and networking, the Tanzmesse is an important meeting place for international dance creators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you want to be part of the Tanzmesse Performance Programme 2022? It is possible for Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian artists to submit a proposal (via \u201cBaltic Dance\u201d or via other exhibition area) and apply to be part of the official Tanzmesse programme. We encourage artists and companies of Baltic countries to apply!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have to be linked to an Exhibition Space in the Agora to be able to apply for the programme. \u201cBaltic Dance\u201d provides the opportunity for the artists to apply for the programme of the Tanzmesse. You can also book a Single Area, Shared Area or Networking Island yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SHORT INFORMATION ABOUT APPLICATION PROCESS VIA \u201cBALTIC DANCE\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply:&nbsp;<\/strong>Lithuanian, Estonian, and Latvian professional artists or companies residing in Baltic countries or outside the region, also foreign professional artists or companies residing in Baltic countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>for submission<\/strong>: November 15, 2021!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programme proposal options:&nbsp;<\/strong>Full-lengths performances (on stage, outdoor or digital\/interactive); Open Studios (20-minute-presentation); Pitching (20-minute-presentation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Number of applications is not restricted<\/strong>. Please note that only one of your production or project can be featured in the Tanzmesse Programme 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Administration fee of \u20ac25 + 7% VAT<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>applies to each proposal. Administration fees can be paid via PayPal only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>APPLICATION PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1. Create a Tanzmesse account or log into your existing account.&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PpkNOjslZAI\"><strong>Here you can find the tutorial<\/strong><\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong>Please note, you should use&nbsp;<strong>the same email<\/strong>&nbsp;address during whole application process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2.&nbsp;<\/strong>Contact the representative of your country, inform about your participation and provide this information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Organization name<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Last Name<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>First Name<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>E-Mail address (the same, as you used for a Tanzmesse account)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3.&nbsp;<\/strong>Wait for a proposal invitation email by a Coordinator of \u201cBaltic Dance\u201d (Anastasia Kaminsk\u0117, projects@dance.lt), then click on the link in the invitation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step&nbsp;4.<\/strong>&nbsp;Once you have filled in your proposal form, you can save it and add your modifications until the final deadline: 15 November 2021.
